Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) has been proudly providing dental insurance to the people of the State of Hawaii for more than 45 years. Longevity

We have more than 95 employees across 16 departments and the average length of service of our employees is 12.2 years. One reason for this longevity can be attributed to our selective recruiting process that places emphasis on a good fit for both the applicant and the company.

For the safety of our employees, all entrances to the HDS offices are secured and employees are issued card keys to enter the facilities.  We provide periodic comprehensive training for our employees on ergonomics, first aid, and CPR.
